MEDIA REFILL KIT: For 6 Stage- Inline Alkaline | KDF | Mineral pH Balancing Drinking Water Filters

  • Alkaline Mineral Tourmaline Balls
  • Calcite/Corosex Media
  • 5 Filter Divider Pads

Instructions on How to assemble:

• Empty the old cartridge  (To get to each layer, you may need something long - like a butterknife or long fork - to lift each pad) and rinse it out.
• Pour the first layer in (the gold KDF) and then a filter pad. If you have a funnel or can make a funnel out of something, then these steps will be easier.  
• To pack the filter pad down, you can use the bottom of a spatula or wooden spoon. 
• Do the same with the rest of the layers.

• Order of the Layers to load: 

  • 1st: Gold KDF

  • 2nd: Silver/Grey Balls

  • 3rd: white balls

  • 4th: Red/Brown Balls

  • 5th: Dark grey balls

  • 6th: Calcite/Corosex white media

• Once the last layer is loaded, put the top filter pad on top and seat o-ring around the neck of the filter housing. Cap the filter and It is ready to go.

***If it does not look pretty/has media that is mixed, that it perfectly OKAY. We do it this way only for appearance sake - you can mix all the media together and will still get the same great results.
